General Timeline

Cricket Bat Production Timeline:

  • Manufacturing: 2–3 working days
  • Ready-to-play preparation: 3–5 working days
  • Laser engraving / threading: 1 working day
  • Delivery time:
    • India: 5–8 days
    • International: 3–10 days

Note: The timeline above includes only working days. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

Please note that timelines may vary due to customer-specific requests or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Policy

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping addresses to ensure safe delivery. BSX Sports will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Any request to modify the shipping address must be made before the order is dispatched. For such requests, please contact us at sales@bsxsports.com.

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    The average delivery time is 3–5 days for well-connected tier-1 and tier-2 cities. Delivery to remote or less-connected areas may take longer.
  • International Shipping:
    The average delivery time is 3–6 days for well-connected countries. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

We partner with multiple courier services and select the most suitable option based on delivery location, package size, and transit time to ensure optimal service.

Please note:

  • Delays caused by shipping companies are beyond the control of BSX Sports.
  • International shipments may sometimes involve multiple courier partners, which can lead to delays or unexpected situations.
  • All products are securely packaged before dispatch; however, minor damage due to courier handling is beyond our control.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances or changes in regulations.
  • Any operational issues caused by the courier company must be resolved with the cooperation of the customer and the shipping provider.

Custom Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are not fixed and depend on the regulations of the destination country.

Shipping providers such as DHL may offer faster delivery but could have a higher likelihood of customs charges in certain countries, whereas providers like Aramex may have a comparatively lower likelihood.

Custom charges are imposed by the respective country’s government under foreign trade regulations. If applicable:

  • Customers will be notified directly by the shipping provider or customs authority.
  • The notification will include instructions for payment or further action.

BSX Sports is not involved in the customs process. All such transactions occur directly between the customer and the shipping provider.
